This is not an OTrack user guide.

Step 1

Select the Reports menu. Then select Design Report.

Step 2

Click Create a New Report.

Step 3

Click Next twice. Expand out the Registration menu, and move the fields UPN and Reg group across to the right hand side using the green arrows.

Step 4

Click Next until you arrive at the following screen. Click on Excel as the presentation for the report.

Step 5

Click Run my report. The document should then open in Excel as a Print Preview.

Step 6

Click Close Print Preview.

Step 7

Go to File > Save As and save the file as Class List to a location on your computer that you can remember.
