If you are struggling to access class track first check the following:

Step 1

Has your school subscribed to Class Track?

Step 2

Do you have access to Class Track?

Step 3

Have you been allocated a Class in Class Track?

Step 4

Is your device connected to the Internet?

Step 5

If all the above is ok it could be the schools Proxy. You will need to speak to IT support in school to allow full access to the domain (optimumclasstrack.co.uk) with JavaScript and medium-high security (if using IE)
